Cronulla halfback Kyle Flanagan is set to move to Bondi next season, after reportedly signing a deal to join the Roosters in 2020.
According to 7news.com.au, a deal couldn't be done before the June 30 deadline given the Sharks weren't willing to part with him just yet, although the 20-year-old will be representing the Tricolours next season.
Flanagan is the son of former Sharks coach Shane, with the playmaker handed his debut in 2018 under his father, before going on to play seven NRL games for the Shire club.
The length of Flanagan's Roosters contract is still unclear.
