A Wade Graham lifting tackle on young Raiders winger Nick Cotric has attracted a dangerous throw charge from the match review committee however with an early guilty plea he will be available for the Sharks next game.
Graham was handed a grade one dangerous throw charge but the 90 point penalty for an early plea means he won't miss the clash with the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.
Should the Sharks decide to challenge the charge and fail to have it dismissed the 120 point penalty would see Graham miss one game.
He would have 90 carry over points if taking the early plea.
The club has until midday on Monday to make a decision whether or not to challenge.
The incident in question came in the 33rd minute, with Graham lifting the young Canberra back but in pulling out of the tackle and not driving his opponent he has escaped a more serious grading.
High tackles from Paul Gallen and Andrew Fifita during the loss to Canberra, both of which were penalised but not placed on report, were not deemed serious enough to attract the attention of the match review.
