Now over halfway through the 2020 NRL season, we've had some superstar performances from the usual culprits, seen incredible rookies emerge and other players develop.
Below is a list of the top 10 NRL improvers of 2020.
These are players who have either reached their potential or look like completely different players from their 2018/2019 selves.
Rookies won't be considered, i.e Harry Grant due to not playing NRL last season, while players such as George Williams will also be left out due to the difference in competition.
These are players who have improved dramatically in the past season or two.
Let us know below if you agree with our list or if we left anyone out.
3. Moeaki Fotuaika
In terms of stats, Fotuaika's output isn't up in a huge way from 2019, but his impact certainly is. Although he is making 10 more metres per game in 2020 from last season, his ability to bend the line this year cannot be measured.
His missed tackle count is also down considerably showing he has worked heavily on the other side of the ball.
He's on track to smash his 2019 tackle break tally, although again it's more the quality of his runs rather than numbers of runs that have improved out of sight this year.
He is going to be frightening in 2021 when joined by three rep quality forwards.
Seriously?
