Is their best the competition's best?

Succinctly, yes. Just as it was for the vast majority of last season.

Until the Panthers are stopped by a contender, this will remain the case.

With a relatively kind draw across the next month that sees Ivan Cleary's big cats face Manly and Brisbane away, plus Canberra and Newcastle at home, they should continue their winning ways for another calendar page.
