Even the greatest players have down seasons. Whether that be to a point they lose their spot, or just don't quite live up to their previous performances.

Below we look at 10 players who probably didn't have the 2020 they expected, whom I fully expect to bounce back in a big way.

We've left rookies off who are obviously expected to improve as they continue in their development.

5. Andrew Fifita

Looking at his stats compared to 2019, Fifita wasn't all that bad. That said, compared to what we all know Andrew Fifita can do, the player himself has admitted having a down season.

Fifita spent most of 2020 either injured or coming off the bench for the Sharks. There were talks of him retiring. He looked overweight and to be struggling, which was hard to watch give just two seasons ago he was almost impossible to tackle.

For those who didn't see the recent photos, Fifita looks INCREDIBLE! He looks years younger than he did last year and is smiling once again. No chance I'd be happy looking up and seeing this version of Fifita coming on at the 20 minute mark.
