Sharks vs Panthers
For the Sharks, Andrew Fifita will be touch-and-go after suffering a hamstring injury last weekend. Paul Gallen could return after missing the past fortnight with a rib injury, while Wade Graham's training is stepping up a gear after an ACL injury last year.
Penrith's Wayde Egan is readying himself for a return from a concussion, although they could lose Isaah Yeo, which would see Hame Sele move out wide.
Bulldogs vs Rabbitohs
Sauaso Sue will miss through suspension, which could be as little as two weeks if he pleads guilty to both cases.
The Rabbitohs are expected to line-up as named, after Greg Inglis announced his immediate retirement on Monday.
Storm vs Roosters
Suliasi Vunivalu will return after missing last week through suspension, while Curtis Scott could return from a shoulder injury, which would see Sandor Earl leave the side.
Jared Waerea-Hargreaves is set to return from a rib injury. Joseph Manu is looking at a one-game suspension, which would see Mitchell Aubusson take his place if he does miss the grand final rematch.
Warriors vs Cowboys
Blake Green is a 50/50 chance to play, after missing his side's clash with the Rabbitohs last weekend. Agnatius Passi didn't run out the game last weekend with a knee injury, although the severity is not yet known.
Nene Macdonald will miss the remainder of the season with an ankle injury, with Kyle Feldt closing in on a return. Feldt could be the ideal replacement for Macdonald, although Javid Bowen could be his stand-in in the meantime. Scott Bolton could come into the side for his first game of the season.
Dragons vs Sea Eagles
Paul Vaughan will be named, although he'll need to prove his fitness. Jack de Belin's case returns to court on Monday, and with an answer likely to be heard on Wednesday, he could return this weekend.
Addin Fonua-Blake will miss through suspension. Toafofoa Sipley is likely to start at prop.
Titans vs Knights
Jarrod Wallace will miss through suspension, as Ash Taylor, Jai Arrow and Shannon Boyd are all also in doubt with injuries.
Aidan Guerra will miss with an ankle injury, as he's set to have a long stint on the sidelines. Sione Mata'utia and Mitchell Pearce look likely to return to the 17.
Raiders vs Broncos
Joseph Tapine is back on the injury list with an ankle problem, with Corey Horsburgh his likely replacement. Aidan Sezer looks set to remain out of the side while the Raiders are winning.
Tevita Pangai Junior will serve the final week of his ban after hitting Cooper Cronk with a late tackle in Round 4.
Eels vs Tigers
Blake Ferguson is in doubt after breaking his nose and hurting his ribs on the weekend, although as the Eels don't play until Monday, that gives Ferguson a chance to prove his fitness.
For the Tigers, they're expected to enter the clash 1-17.
