Billy Slater will make his return for the Melbourne Storm tonight after spending a year on the sidelines but it might not be in his usual fullback position.
James Hooper and Peter Badel have both taken to social media to suggest that the Storm will start Ryley Jacks in the halves alongside Cooper Cronk, with Cameron Munster moving to fullback.
This will allow Melbourne coach Craig Bellamy to bring Billy Slater off the bench and ease him back into the NRL, after only playing 8 games in the past two seasons.
It's also expected that Jesse Bromwich will make his return from a dislocated thumb.
While we wait for the official playing 17 to be announced, check out the highlights package for Billy Slater above.
