STORM

ROOSTERS
Preview
The Storm was indifferently impressive last week against an injury-ravaged Cowboys side while the Roosters blew an 18-4 lead over Manly to go down quite comprehensively in the end.
Another loss this week for the Roosters puts them right back into the pack with several sides hot on their heels while a win for the Storm will all but clinch the minor premiership for a second successive season.
The Storm has named the same 17 that won last week after Cameron Munster and Tohu Harris failed to overcome injury woes while the Roosters head south of the border with Boyd Cordner and Jake Friend back in their side.
The Roosters edged the Storm in golden point in their clash earlier in the season however with the Storm missing their experienced Origin stars, the match up won't yield much information for either side heading into the top of the table clash.
The battle at the back for each side will be fascinating as Blake Ferguson and Latrell Mitchell look to slow down the dynamic duo of Josh Addo-Carr and Suliasi Vunivalu on their home deck. Melbourne's back quintet do more work carrying the ball up the field than any other back five in the competition and they'll need to give their big men a chop out once again as they face a big test led by Cordner, the Roosters captain.
With the bookies, the Roosters are clear outsiders. The Storm boasts a 6-1 record at AAMI Park with the Big 3 on the park in 2017 and will look to widen the gap between themselves and the rest of the competition with a statement win on Saturday night.
