Entering Round 5, some NRL clubs are set to receive significant boosts to their team, while others have lost key players as they look to clinch the two points.

Some big additions this week include Cameron Munster, Alex Twal and Jahrome Hughes, while the losses are headlined by Jacob Preston and Luke Metcalf.

Des Hasler is in a similar predicament with his opposing coach, with no forced changes needing to be made. After returning last week, David Fifita is a possibility to be promoted to the starting team.

Keenan Palasia will push to be chosen for this week after being a late withdrawal for Fifita in Round 4.
