Veteran Raiders forward Sia Soliola has inked a new two-year contract extension with Canberra, which will see him remain at the club until at least the end of the 2020 season.
Soliola has played all 15 games for the Raiders this season and has been one of their most consistent performers all season long.
The forward is excited to remain in the nation's capital, and still believes he's got a lot more to give at this level.
"I'm really excited and happy to be remaining in Canberra. I broke the news to my son Israel and he's really excited too. Canberra has become a home for our family and we are looking forward to staying here," Soliola told raiders.com.au.
"Although our results on the field haven't been where we wanted to be this year I know we've got a very talented group of players here for the next couple of seasons and I'm very humbled to be a part of that."
"I'm really settled in Canberra and I like to think I've still got my best years of footy ahead."
Canberra's Recruitment and High-Performance Manager Peter Mulholland was thrilled to keep Soliola on board, and can't wait to see what he's got in store over the next two seasons.
"Sia Soliola is a huge part of our squad and the work he does for the team both on and off the field is really important for us," Mulholland told the club's website.
"He's been playing some really strong and consistent footy for us again this season and we know he'll continue to do so for the next two seasons."
The 31-year-old has played 73 games for the Raiders since returning from the Super League in 2015.
Soliola played 92 games for the Roosters between 2005-2009.
