The Sharks have reportedly made a huge play for Josh Dugan, with the club prepared to pay him the same money they offered Jack Bird, allegedly the highest offer in their 51-year history.
7 News are reporting that the Dragons have offered $800K a season but he's baulking at the offer as he sees himself as a fullback and wants to be paid accordingly.
With Dugan currently living in the Shire, the Sharks offer must look pretty enticing.
With Valentine Holmes pencilled in to be the club's fullback for the foreseeable future though, will Dugan be happy to play in the centres?
