The Knights are forced to change their backline, with Enari Tuala ruled out with a quad injury. As reported by the Newcastle Herald,Tom Jenkins will replace him, while Jed Cartwright will join the team for Dylan Lucas.

Injured hooker Jayden Brailey is also pushing to return from injury, with Adam O'Brien confirming he will either be back in Round 2 or Round 3. If he returns this week, Jack Cogger will drop out of the team.
