The Warriors are set to send Turpin a significant pay rise with a reported deal worth over $200,000 a season, a major increase from his current $70,000 contract with the Broncos.
The pitch follows the Warriors' $1 million a season offer for Lodge, as the New Zealand club looks to bolster their prop stocks.
Turpin, who didn't feature in Brisbane's top 30-man squad at the start of the season, has bolstered his price tag with a strong season to date, giving the off-contract youngster plenty of off-season options.
The 22-year-old has attracted interest from both the Bulldogs and Warriors, as both clubs have tabled enticing offers.
The Warriors' surge for the Broncos pair has caused a salary concern at Red Hill, as retaining both Turpin and Lodge will further stretch Brisbane's salary.
