Wests Tigers have zoomed in on Manly rake Api Koroisau as a potential long-term replacement for outgoing hooker Robbie Farah.
According to foxsports.com.au, the Tigers are yet to speak to Koroisau's representation or even approach the 26-year-old, but his name has been brought up at Tigers headquarters.
Koroisau's manager has claimed the Tigers have not contacted him about his client, but does admit he's received "general inquiries" relating to the hooker so far this season.
The Sea Eagle is contracted with Manly until the end of the 2021 season, meaning the Tigers would first need to seek permission from Manly before approaching him.
Koroisau won a premiership with South Sydney back in 2014, under current Tigers coach Michael Maguire.
The hooker has played 92 games for the Rabbitohs, Panthers and Sea Eagles, joining Manly in 2016 after single seasons at both the Bunnies and Penrith.
