Parramatta winger Bevan French could be set to walk out on the Eels and head to England, after falling out of favour with the club.

French impressed throughout the 2016-17 seasons, scoring 28 tries from 29 games, including 19 from 13 in 2016.

The 23-year-old has found himself in the Canterbury Cup with Wentworthville this season, and Wide World of Sports believes he could be considering a move overseas to resurrect his career.

Wigan has reportedly made the winger an offer for next season, although WWOS believe he could even make a move before then.

  1. Don’t blame him. He’s being going very well in Wenty all season & deserves to be playing at a higher level. Sorry that BA’s stubbornness stopped you from ever playing in an Eels jumper again. Best of luck in the future.

  2. His arrogance with him believing he was bigger than the club saw him dropped to reserve grade. The coach believed there was a better option for fullback and Bevan sulked when he was put on the wing.
I’ll give him 6 months in England before he gets home sick and does a runner.

  3. Not sure why you are pining the blame on BA eels4thewin. It was his lousy attitude that cost him his spot along with his lack of size.
The last 2 games he played before he was dropped he had zero runs for zero metres. That is unacceptable.
Also his only positions are fullback and wing.
We have Fergo and Sivo on the wings.
Both are big powerful wingers and both are better than Bev.
We have the king at fullback and he is way way way better than Bev.
Bev is not even 2nd or 3rd drop.
Not needed and his Poor attitude is not wanted.
    Adios amigo.
