Former Sea Eagles premiership player Kieran Foran is having a tough time at the Bulldogs and the Canterbury-based side are looking to cut the half according to reports.

Foran has only played 10 games in season 2019 and his best football appears to be behind him despite his pay pocket of well over $1million.

Nine News has reported the Bulldogs are keen to move the player along as they edge closer to a sixth wooden spoon.

Foran has no plans to leave the club and is optimistic he will prove his worth when he strings a full pre-season and continuous games without injury together.

Yet the Bulldogs are once again having salary cap troubles and now with both Morris brothers and Aaron Woods gone, it could be a total rebuild at Belmore.

Foran is just shy of his 200th NRL game and hasn't played in July thus far. It will be interesting to see what the Bulldogs do with suggestions they will even help pay a percentage of his wages for him to leave.

There are many potential suitors for the NZ representative. Where would you like to see him play his football in 2020?
