Penrith forward Isaah Yeo will miss at least the next four weeks of football after dislocating his shoulder in Saturday's loss to the Raiders.
Yeo will start his rehabilitation process immediately, and will work on his left shoulder for the next month.
James Fisher Harris has been moved into the second row from lock, while Frank Winterstein and Hame Sele come into the forward pack to replace Yeo and Viliame Kikau, who is only fit enough for a reserve spot.
