Match Review Committee bans Moeroa

Eels forward Tepai Moeroa has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following  an incident during Saturday's loss to the Knights.

Moeroa has been charged with a Grade Three Shoulder Charge from his bump on Knights forward Chris Heighington.

With an early plea, Moeroa would miss three weeks, while a guilty finding would put him out for five weeks.

The bottom-placed Eels will take on the Cowboys next Saturday at TIO Stadium.
