NSW will blood a record 11 debutants at the MCG for Origin I against Queensland on June 6, as coach Brad Fittler gets set to name his team's line-up for the opening Origin game on Monday night.
However, The Daily Telegraph has received a leaked copy of the new-look team, which boasts seven players from Saturday night's top of the table clash between the Panthers and Dragons.
Young Penrith star Nathan Cleary will partner Blues veteran and Panthers star James Maloney in the halves, while Rabbitohs hooker Damien Cook gets the nod in the No. 9 position.
Alongside James Tedesco at fullback, the remaining four backline players are all making their debuts, as Josh Addo-Carr and Tom Trbojevic are named on the wings, with James Roberts and Latrell Mitchell on their insides.
Dragons lock Jack de Belin gets the nod of over Sea Eagles star Jake Trbojevic, while South Sydney forward Angus Crichton wins the final bench spot.
The Blues will make their official team announcement at 6.40pm on Monday night.
