The Gold Coast Titans are pleased to announce the contract extension of Konrad Hurrell for a further two years, through until the end of the 2019 season.
Hurrell joined the Titans mid-way through 2016 and made 10 appearances, scoring three tries.
The 25-year-old made his NRL debut for the Warriors in round one of season 2012 and never really entertained the idea of signing anywhere else, but he is relishing his new lease of life at the Titans.
“I’ve enjoyed every minute I’ve spent on the Gold Coast and since I’ve arrived, I’ve really started to enjoy my footy again,” Hurrell said.
“We’ve got a great bunch of guys and off the back of a finals appearance last year, I hope we can continue our rise as a club.
“Everyone at the club has been so supportive since I joined and I just hope I can repay them over the coming years by playing some good football.”
Head Coach Neil Henry is happy to have the signature of Hurrell secured.
“Konrad has really impressed me since arriving at the club,” Henry said. “His attitude and work ethic has been excellent and he is a key member of our team moving forward.”
