Penrith's Sione Katoa has been hit with a grade one dangerous contact charge after he slid into Rabbitoh Dane Gagai in the 73rd minute of Friday night's clash.
Gagai had just scored a critical try for South Sydney before the incident occurred, which saw Katoa slid into the Maroon with his knees.
The incident started a push and shove, and was sent up to the bunker, although they didn't deem it to be an eight-point try.
If Katoa takes an early plea, he'll be free to face the Raiders next Saturday afternoon.
