Manly Sea Eagles centre Brad Parker will undergo knee surgery this week.
Results of scans today revealed Parker has a lateral meniscus tear suffered in the loss to the Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval yesterday.
Parker is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks.
Following surgery, Parker will begin his rehabilitation program with the Manly medical staff.
