Departing Wests Tigers star Robbie Farah says he is yet to formalise his playing future, despite reports suggesting a deal with the South Sydney Rabbitohs is imminent.
“A few things still need to get sorted – from both ends,” Farah told EON Sports Radio’s The Home Turn.
“There are a couple of clubs I’m negotiating with. And I need to tie things up with the Tigers.”
Though much is yet to play out, Farah appears almost certain to play for a New South Wales-based club.
“They are all NSW/Sydney based teams,” Farah said.
“Playing in Sydney’s a massive bonus for me. I’ve got to sit down with the family and come up with a call… but I can’t do anything until everything’s tied up with the Tigers.
“I discuss everything with the family – everything I do, I run by them. Their opinion means a lot to me."
