Elijah Taylor is considering up a two-year deal to remain at the Wests Tigers or a return to New Zealand to take up a contract with the Warriors.

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Warriors are keen to bring Taylor back to the club where he made his debut n 2011.

Taylor has a lot of family in New Zealand and they are keen for him to return once his contract with the Wests Tigers finishes at the end of the season.

A delicate family situation though might be enough reason for Taylor to reject the offer from the Warriors and stay with the Wests Tigers.

Taylor's one-year-old daughter was placed in intensive care earlier this year after suffering a seizure, with doctors telling Taylor he should remain in Sydney.

โ€œI really want to stay,โ€ Taylor told the Daily Telegraph.

โ€œMy daughter had an episode at the start of the year. The doctors have advised us to stay in Sydney. Itโ€™s a decision based around my daughterโ€™s (wellbeing).

โ€œHopefully we can sort it out by the end of the week. My family comes first in making decisions; itโ€™s whatโ€™s best for my family.โ€
