The Parramatta Eels have today announced the signing of former South Sydney Rabbitohs forward Nathan Brown for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.
Brown joins the Eels after stints at the South Sydney Rabbitohs and West Tigers having played 29 NRL games and achieving representative honours in 2016 through City Origin.
Head Coach Brad Arthur said that the signing of Nathan Brown would bring power and experience to the Eels forward pack in 2017.
“Nathan had a breakthrough year in 2016 with selection in City Origin and was a strong performer in the back half of the season,” Arthur said.
“The good news for us is that Nathan’s best years as an NRL forward are ahead of him and I believe he can provide a strong contribution to the club in 2017 and beyond."
Nathan Brown joins Siosaia Vave as new signings for the Eels in 2017.
