Departed Sydney Roosters star Joey Manu's international departure has seen the New Zealand star place his Eastern Suburbs property up for lease.

Manu left the Roosters after nine years in Bondi, with the 28-year-old landing with Japanese club Toyota Verblitz ahead of their upcoming campaign.

The two-time premiership playmaker's venture abroad has seen him list his Botany property on the open market for lease, seeking $1250 per week.

The Wilson Street home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car spaces.

Manu has flagged in the past he does not see himself playing for another NRL club other than the Roosters should he ever return, with Chooks fans hoping he'll come back to New South Wales in the future.

The New Zealand international has represented his country in 17 tests to add to his 181 games for the Roosters and would win the 2022 Golden Boot as the best player on the international stage that year.

Manu is in line to debut in Division One of the Japanese competition next month when Toyota Verblitz meet the Kubota Spears on December 22.
