The Raiders have won two on the trot and have kept their finals hops alive, although they may have to play the remainder of the season without captain Jarrod Croker.
The skipper dislocated his knee and limped off the field late in the first half of Canberra's 38-12 win over the Cowboys, and coach Ricky Stuart said the injury didn't look good post-game.
"It was disappointing losing our captain, I don't know the extent of it, but it doesn't look real good," Raiders coach Ricky Stuart told the media.
"I suppose the medicos will be able to explain it better, but they need to look at why the kneecap keeps popping out, so hopefully it's not too bad and doesn't need an operation, if it does then it's season-ending."
Injuries and off-field suspensions have made the 2018 season tough on the Raiders, although Stuart is doing his best to keep the group focused on the football.
"It's been the nature of our season this year, getting Josh (Hodgson) back in round 14 and like any coach understand it, we're not the only team will have it, when you've got your best players on the sideline it makes it even harder," Stuart added.
