The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have today announced the signings of Mason Cerruto and Jarred Anderson.

Cerruto played his junior footy for the Camden Rams and joins the club from the Penrith Panthers for season 2018.

The 21-year-old arrives at Belmore after a number of strong performances for the Panthers Intrust Super Premiership side and more recently, the Italian Rugby League World Cup team.

Meanwhile, Anderson joins the club from the Sydney Roosters on a three-year deal that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2020 season.

The 20-year old has been a standout in the NYC competition over the past two seasons and his efforts were rewarded with a spot in the 2017 Scotland Rugby League World Cup squad.

Head of recruitment Warren McDonnell says the addition of both players will add plenty of depth to the club’s roster.

“Mason had a very successful semi-final series with the premiers Penrith and continued his good form for Italy in the World Cup.

"He is a player who can cover a number of positions in the outside backs and at 21 years of age, he has a promising future,” said McDonnell.

“Jarred had two very good seasons with the Roosters NYC team and has gained plenty of experience following his appearances for Scotland in the recent World Cup.

"He is a strong carrier of the ball who can play in the back row or in the centres and we are pleased to have him on board for the next three seasons,” he added.
