1. James Tamou (Penrith Panthers)
After eight seasons with the Cowboys, Tamou will move to Penrith on a four-year deal starting in 2017.
The Australian international makes the move for family reasons after winning a premiership in North Queensland in 2015.
The big prop has played in 21 games for the Cowboys this season and has once again been a strong figure for North Queensland, and Penrith will be licking their lips when Tamou slots into their forward pack next season.
