Ahead of the June 30 deadline, the Tigers have announced two player movements, with JJ Felise departing the club, and Oliver Clark joining the Tigers.
Felise was off-contract at season's end, and was granted a release to sign with NRL club, the Newcastle Knights.
"JJ is a player who provides us with depth," Newcastle's General Manager of Football, Darren Mooney told newcastleknights.com.au.
"It's no secret we're a little thin in the middle and JJ is seeking a pathway to first grade.
"He's been looking for an opportunity to showcase his skills and we'll give him every chance."
Felise played 13 games for the Tigers, with his last appearance coming in round 16, 2017.
With Felise heading out the door, Clark will be walking into the joint-venture club, after signing a deal that will see him remain a Tiger until at least the end of the 2020 season.
Clark makes the move from Penrith, after being released by the Panthers on Tuesday night.
