England international and South Sydney star Sam Burgess has spoken out on social media after rumours began to swirl regarding a move back home.
According to reports, Burgess was set to head to Hull FC, for his first stint in the Super League since moving from England to Australia to join the Rabbitohs ahead of the 2010 season.
Burgess has recently stated his desire to return to England one day, but put a stop to recent rumours after jumping on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to play down the reports.
Iโve heard rumours that I may be signing with @hullfcofficial ... as much as I like Radders, the Humber Bridge and @ScottTagTaylor โs banter I can confirm itโs not true.

Burgess has played 147 games for South Sydney between 2010-14 and 2016-, and has scored 36 tries for the club.
