The Titans recently signed Jarrod Wallace to a four-year deal, but will now add Boyd to their forward pack, after he knocked back a contract offer to remain in Canberra.
Boyd has played 100 games for the Raiders, scoring nine tries during his first grade career.
The 25-year-old has played every game for Canberra so far this season.
